Te Papa assignment

Designed in response to a historical garment viewed at Te Papa, the garments express modern ideas with a nod to pieces from the past.
Considering ideas around gender and fashion the garments blur the lines between male and female clothing. Allowing people no matter who they are to express themselves through prints and textures.
