Overwhelmed

An investigation into how draping techniques can be used to produce a garment that reflects and expresses an emotion.
The feeling of overwhelmed is conveyed through erratic and irregular lines, using pleating in various directions to created a sense of tension and stress. The fabric is built up around the face to emit the feeling of being engulfed.
